The Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) has announced the 2022 Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) will be released this Friday 27th January, 2023 at 11:00am.
According to an earlier report by UNEB, a total of 832,810 candidates from 14,153 examination centers sat their papers last year.
According to Jennifer Kalule Musamba the Principal Public Relations Officer, UNEB, there was a percentage increase of 11.1%, from last year’s candidature, the highest increase ever.
She said 70.1% of these candidates were sponsored by government under the Universal Primary Education ( UPE) Program.
