"There are currently no cases on admission for Ebola. It is against this background that I am lifting all movement restrictions in Kassanda and Mubende with immediate effect," Alupo read.

"The mother, is a 23 year old resident of who had stillbirth.She was attended to during delivery by an appropriately donned midwife and is in good condition. Routine contact tracing and additional case investigation are ongoing," the Ministry stated further.
